INSECAP is a Chilean OTEC (accredited technical training body) headquartered in Calama, with offices in Antofagasta, Santiago and Vallenar. It is accredited by SENCE (Resolution No. 12208) and Codelco, and certified under NCh 2728:2015 and ISO 9001:2015. It trains people in safety, compliance and equipment operation for large-scale mining: as of 2025, over 53,432 people trained.
