Hall of Fame
Every month, a random group of collaborators nominates the "Employee of the Month" and each area nominates the "Facilitator of the Month". The whole team votes, and the Hall of Fame fills up with stories of effort and collective celebration.
Happiness Wall
The "Happiness Wall" at INSECAP is a space created to promote wellbeing, positive attitude and cohesion among internal staff and facilitators. Its goal is to encourage gratitude, achievements, messages of support and small celebrations that strengthen the community's emotional climate.
